are the parent of an LSI/ATSI 8th-grade graduate in June 2026 or thereafter;

applied to a charter school and your child was not drawn for a seat by the April 1 or May 1, 2026 NYC Charter School Lotteries deadline and were placed on a NYC Charter School Waitlist;
